I ordered a mattress and foundation getting on for 2 months ago and still have not received it today. I called after 2 weeks of waiting, and was told it would ship from the vendor on the 28th of the month (1st month).

It is delivered through a third party, so they are the ones expected to contact me. Well, after another 1.5 weeks (10 days after said ship date), I called again and this time was informed that the item in question was on back order, and had been for some time. When I asked how long until it's back, they had no idea. When I asked how long it had been on back order, I was told 4 months.

When I asked why they would allow customers to order an item on back order or not in stock, they asked me why I ordered it. Considering the website did not reflect a back ordered item, I really didn't see an error on my end. When I asked how long it would take to get a refund, I was told a minimum of 2 weeks to process it, then 7 days to return the funds. 2.2 months since I began the process, and here I am with no bed and no refund.

Great work AAFES...

Way to alienate and exacerbate your only customer base. May you lose your contract with the Military and go bankrupt.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
