I ordered my Sony XBR 75” 940e TV on 1/21/2018. I was told it would arrive before the Super Bowl (2/4/2018).

On 1/28/2018 I called asking for a status update and they told me it hadn’t even left the origin yet. I asked about expedited delivery even if I paid more and they said there was nothing they could do. On 1/29/2018 the product was finally “shipped”. The new estimated delivery now became 2/7/2018.

I called today (2/7/18) and now the delivery date is 2/9/2018. It is not acceptable for a $3,000+ Tv to take 3 weeks to be shipped from VA to CT. No one seemed to know or care why this was taking so long.

I hope to God this Tv doesn’t arrive damaged. I will never buy from the exchange online again.
