Bad customer service

Yesterday I went in the base exchange to purchase a 65 inch TV . The assistant manger was helping another customer. So I waited around twenty minutes or so then she went to another customer just over look me. Like I was nothing I service 23 years in the Air Force . I was not allowed to come in the Exchange cause retired was not allowed on base. Then the Gen manger walk by I wave no response either. I have complaint before. I know its personal against me. I would to be respected like any other paying customer. I service my time in the Military. Please resolved this issued ASAP.

Abusive conduct by employee

You wrote a review for Camp Mabry Aafes/PX6 hours ago 3.0 star rating6/4/2020 I purchased something here at 6/4/20 11:21 a.m. Hadn't been here in years so I wanted to look around. Picked up a DVD player, looked some more, then walked to the register. I told the cashier that I needed some bread, could I get that first before I paid for the DVD? She said yes, it was all the same store. Searched for bread, couldn't find any and headed back towards the registers. Saw the same cashier standing near the door and wanted to ask her where the bread was. That's when I overheard another cashier, and obese white woman, talking loudly. "Watch that guy, I think he's trying to steal something!" I move towards the first cashier. Obese woman: "There he goes! He's headed out the door. No, he's just asking her a question. Watch him!" I ask the first cashier where the bread is and she says they don't carry any, so I head towards the registers. Obese cashier: "Now he's coming back." I shouldn't have to say why this pissed me off. After serving my country for 22 years I can't go into a PX without listening to some obese employee insulting me.

Horrible service and No one can tell me where my order is located

I bought a table from the exchange and Montgomery Airfreight called me on two different days to set up delivery. I was available and was home both days and the company did not call or deliver my product. No one could tell me why. I called SEKO logistics and they didnt know where my purchase was located. I called the exchange customer service number and all they could do is open a research ticket. Both Montgomery Airfreight (Lisa) and Delores from SEKO could offer not help or resolve on my issue and customer service just told me to sit at home and weight they have 21 days to deliver. I understand the 21 day policy but what I dont understand is why anyone thinks its acceptable to make customers wait for their delivery from 11-3 on two different days with not as much as a call to say they were not coming. I will not shop from the exchange online again and I dont think I will get my order and will have to struggle to get my money back. Never felt so ripped off before by any other company.

AAFES is terrible!

I grew up in military family. Years ago AFEX was a great place to shop. Now called AAFES. Customer care is nonexistent. Stores are full of stuff that is not desired, and over priced. Complaining to store manager and the GM falls on deaf ears. I did 30 years active duty. Now retired. Have family members now on active duty. Across the board all say AAFES is terrible and terrible not getting worse. Top management needs to be replaced. Better yet, fired. Needs a total remake. Dead beat employees wouldnt even be hired by Walmart

Incompetent over priced

It is obvious that the AAFES system is in business to make money OFF the regular active duty and retired folks. This is wrong on every level. We have been in this military for over 50 years and I'm sick and tired of watching AAFES taking advantage of our young troops by offering them credit and allow these troops and elderly retired folks charge and then if they're late with a payment, they'll submit to the troops Command a letter of Indebtment. For a retirement person, they'd sue them in civilian court or have their retirement checks deducted. This is a disgraceful ploy to make a buck for AAFES.

Employee Purchasing Essential Products for COVID19

Visited McChord AFB (JBLM) AAFES, 3/20/20 notice an AAFES employee purchasing a Clorox hand wipes and other cleaning product at the Power Zone counter. I donʻt know the policies for your employees purchasing essential products for COVID19 on duty or off duty in their AAFES uniform, but it is very unfair that they are purchasing these products before we the customers get the chance to purchase them. I spent time looking around for these products and could not find any.

Do not order online!

Aafes Exchange - Do not order online!
I ordered a Samsung QLED 65" TV on January 9th 2020 and AAFES informed me that it was out for delivery on the 14th of January 2020. It is now the 17th of January and AAFES doesn't know where the TV is. AAFES informed me that Innovel is tasked with delivering the TV. I contacted Innovel and they are unable to ship the TV as I am outside of their shipping area. I am now told that the TV is now with XPO logistics and that it may take over 720 hours to complete the delivery. But XPO logistics does not have the TV. I live an 1 hour and a half from where the TV was originally. I requested to pick up the TV myself and was denied.

Purchase information

FedEx needs the FedEx account number before they will change the delivery destination of an order. The person wouldnt give me the information because the account is in my wifes name. I am the one that pays the bill and earned the exchange benefit. Explanation, it is for my security.

Don't use Aafes

My retirement pay is being garnished and i dont no the reason why. I call the 800 numder for returned checks and got put on hold for over an hour.

That is on ongoing problem - today I tried to log in several times and consequently had to wait 1 hour to try again - this happened 4 times in a row - finally called the 800 no. and had to reset my password. All done and - guess what - could not log in again!!!
