Poor customer service via phone

I ordered jewelry online and I requested for store pick.up. After 6 days I called customer service to check the status and told me the jewelry still in warehouse and have not ship yet and wait for the confirmation email when it ready fo pick.up. I asked the lady how come they dont ship yet its been 6 days already and answered me it will take 10-20 business days to be ship . The only store I know took forever to ship the merchandise when its available in the warehouse. Item Necklace jewelry.

BED BUGS

AAFES dishonestly hides negative reviews. I ordered sofa and 2 recliners. They were infested with bed bugs. I returned it and was only credited for 1 recliner. Had to contact them multiple times. Not only do I not have the furniture I wanted, I had to deal with a lot of extra anxiety and expense w/no help or compensation from AAFES customer service.

Orders not being fulfilled

I purchased a dresser on sale around Christmas time of 2020. We understand that because of the pandemic there were shipping delays. After three weeks of no information on our order Aafes decided to cancel our order without warning. We thought it was a glitch and reordered our item which is still available, even as of right now, on their website. The shipping process issue began again. No information now for threw weeks, so I called customer service to see if I could get any answers. The rude woman was dismissive and condescending and basically said that my order was probably going to be cancelled again soon because of the wait time on the shipping and I shouldnt order from them again. Im upset at the way the site is being run with no regard to the customers timeline, and the blatant rudeness of the representative of the customer service department.

Servicing as a veteran in Kuwait

There are lots of restriction on entering the BX, here in Kuwait, they have allotted time for veterans. I've been servicing here overseas for quite sometime is this policy nationwide or just here in the CENTCOM, area.

Fort lee business staffs are not doing their job properly. They are not treating the business owners equal. We pay % from our sales, and yet I feel like they just treat me different from others.

They terminated my contract for no reason. This is not right. I am a military spouse who was serving veterans when there was a hurricane. I served those MEDICS without any complaints before. But I got this for what?

I received the items, but NOT working

656287****/ I ordered Anker PowerCore Speed 10000mAh with Quick Charge 3.0 -- Black. Its broke and not working! I finally hold of a representative and explained to her how poor packages you guys sent it to me, ( both them werent in the box!) it was in the plastic bag. She said I have to provided a box and bubble wrap! Yall didnt even provided me those! I spent so much money on shopping PX ONLINE, this is first time! Please convince me is that why do I have to provided everything what yall didnt? I dont think fedex accept broke items to ship. Well thats what rep told me. Now, what can I do? I also requested her headquarters, she said no to me. I wasted my money and time for 2 junk items. Its NOT working!!!

I placed an order July 27 2020, and waited until July 29th before calling to verify my order was indeed received and to also verify the shipping information. According to your website, orders ship with in 24 hours. I called on the 29th and AAFES could not verify that...

Veteran abuse!

The online AAFES exchange service is restricted to active duty and retired Army Air Force personnel. The largest group of online users are Retired Vets. With the Pandemic this number has increased. These folks who claim to be affiliated with the military are rude, impersonal and incompetent. The right to shop AAFES had to be earned yet the pricing is horrible, logistics is disgraceful and inventory control routinely places items on sale with no or minimal stock and do not offer rain checks, additionally its it uncommon for a Vet to order an item indicated in stock and then involuntarily cancelled by AFFES with no recourse as happened recently when ordering essential PPE equipment in stock at time of ordering and rationed to wait two weeks and have them to cancel the item without by permission or offer a back order status. Items , even toothpaste in stock everywhere we have waited a week before ever getting a shipment status. They claim to focus on Vets but this is a bust but more than that being confronted with Neolithic incompetence as a reward for 28 years and two wars. Absolutely needs serious oversight.

Rude employee

I went to the shopette on MCchord airforce base in Tacoma, WA were I work and was told that I could not buy alcohol. He said it was due to a new rule that I did not know about that there were to be no sales before 0800am. I can understand that part. the second part he then proceeded to tell me that I did not have the proper ID card to buy it anyways and that there was a new veterans ID and that I had the old one still. If AAFES is going to keep changing the policies every few months then I can shop somewere else like winco that values me as a customer. I am so sick of being treated like I don't matter when I am a 90 percent disabled veteran that put in 11 years in service.

Abusive conduct by employee

You wrote a review for Camp Mabry Aafes/PX6 hours ago 3.0 star rating6/4/2020 I purchased something here at 6/4/20 11:21 a.m. Hadn't been here in years so I wanted to look around. Picked up a DVD player, looked some more, then walked to the register. I told the cashier that I needed some bread, could I get that first before I paid for the DVD? She said yes, it was all the same store. Searched for bread, couldn't find any and headed back towards the registers. Saw the same cashier standing near the door and wanted to ask her where the bread was. That's when I overheard another cashier, and obese white woman, talking loudly. "Watch that guy, I think he's trying to steal something!" I move towards the first cashier. Obese woman: "There he goes! He's headed out the door. No, he's just asking her a question. Watch him!" I ask the first cashier where the bread is and she says they don't carry any, so I head towards the registers. Obese cashier: "Now he's coming back." I shouldn't have to say why this pissed me off. After serving my country for 22 years I can't go into a PX without listening to some obese employee insulting me.

Horrible service and No one can tell me where my order is located

I bought a table from the exchange and Montgomery Airfreight called me on two different days to set up delivery. I was available and was home both days and the company did not call or deliver my product. No one could tell me why. I called SEKO logistics and they didnt know where my purchase was located. I called the exchange customer service number and all they could do is open a research ticket. Both Montgomery Airfreight (Lisa) and Delores from SEKO could offer not help or resolve on my issue and customer service just told me to sit at home and weight they have 21 days to deliver. I understand the 21 day policy but what I dont understand is why anyone thinks its acceptable to make customers wait for their delivery from 11-3 on two different days with not as much as a call to say they were not coming. I will not shop from the exchange online again and I dont think I will get my order and will have to struggle to get my money back. Never felt so ripped off before by any other company.

AAFES is terrible!

I grew up in military family. Years ago AFEX was a great place to shop. Now called AAFES. Customer care is nonexistent. Stores are full of stuff that is not desired, and over priced. Complaining to store manager and the GM falls on deaf ears. I did 30 years active duty. Now retired. Have family members now on active duty. Across the board all say AAFES is terrible and terrible not getting worse. Top management needs to be replaced. Better yet, fired. Needs a total remake. Dead beat employees wouldnt even be hired by Walmart

Incompetent over priced

It is obvious that the AAFES system is in business to make money OFF the regular active duty and retired folks. This is wrong on every level. We have been in this military for over 50 years and I'm sick and tired of watching AAFES taking advantage of our young troops by offering them credit and allow these troops and elderly retired folks charge and then if they're late with a payment, they'll submit to the troops Command a letter of Indebtment. For a retirement person, they'd sue them in civilian court or have their retirement checks deducted. This is a disgraceful ploy to make a buck for AAFES.
