CAUTION--FRAUD--POSSIBLE DATA BREACH
A Cautionary Tale. I sometimes shop at AAFES online.
Two days ago, my phone blew up with emails from all over the world, thanking me for signing up for their emails. They came one after another in rapid succession until there were at least 50. As I started to label them as 'spam', I saw in the middle of the mess, several emails from the 'Exchange'. I almost ignored those emails but decided to go onto the AAFES website, only to find that three digital delivery orders had just been made, charged to my registered credit card, and already sent.
Obviously, the barrage of emails was meant to distract me. I immediately changed my password and deleted my stored cards from the website. It took me a day to contact the AAFES risk management department.
They had no idea, or would not say, how someone was able to get into my AAFES account. (I was able to contact my credit card company in minutes.) While I will not be charged, the lesson is clear: (1) opt for a complex password, (2) never leave your credit card information on file with the website, (3) if it is available, set up your accounts to require login verification.

No delivery to Aafes Puerto Rico
Order a product. They confirmed over the phone the delivery of product before the purchase.
After a few days, they canceled my purchase.
They corrected the "error". After almost a week, they canceled my request saying that the item cannot ship to Puerto Rico. Customer Service, and website failed. I was on leave over there expecting my item.
There's a post with an AAFES located in Puerto Rico.
It doesn't make sense that you are shipping to the store and cannot ship items ordered online and not available at the store. Worst Service.
This is not the first time. No more business with Aafes Now, I understand why people don't like to shop there.

Fake diamonds
I purchased a 14k 2ctw diamond engagement ring. I took it to a jeweler and they , as a practice, tested the diamonds in the ring...out of 36 diamonds only 2 were actual diamonds!
The managers are a joke and keep passing the buck when I ask for a resolution. Do not buy jewelry here...im.out 3k

Lack of Products! I am a retiree and visit the exchange (Hurlburt and Eglin) often and I think fir an area this big , but I must say , they are below Average at best!
sizez Every time I visit the exchanges in this area, I can't pay for anything my size. I love to wear Retirees Shirts and can't get 2XL or 3 XL for nothing.
I am not a fat person, but I don't want something hugging me by no stretch of the imagination, and your exchanges here, keep bringing in the same old things! Please stop it and that is why they end up on the clearance rack because the same thing keep happening. We are in a prime college area for which Florida State University is the closest major college, and you all keep sending University of Florida, Alabama, Clemson, and LSU as College clothing items. No one can be that absent-minded!
The largest shoe you carry is normally a 13! Why can't you bring into the store a size 14 on a normal basis in shoes like:Hoka, New Balance, and Nike shoes to name a few.
All of these muscle-bound guys with big feet, and you are sending them Junior size feet! I s anybody thinking?

Bad customer service
Employee (justin) is so rude and should not be working in the front with customers.
He never addressed myself or any customer and talked to a friend the whole time. When he did ask for my ID he still did not acknowledge me or if I needed anything.
He made me feel like I was bothering him to be there.
I wish we had another express so I wouldn't have to return. Just to avoid him.

I returned a $750 purse, have all receipts from USPS but cannot and will not credit my account! THIS GOING INTO THE THIRD YEAR!
Been told I was given credit but credit card company nor I can find, s somebody walked with this very expensive female purse!

Shipping and vendor issues
I just called up regarding two items that have not been sent, but there was a label created as of 12/10/2023. Today I check my order status on the same order, saying it is shipped, but its not.
Label created, and the other one is showing out of stock, backordered? I call customer service and nothing happens. We shop with the online exchange, and expect to get the item's we purchased. I can buy all of these items on Amazon for a cheaper price, but I want to support Afee's.
The customer service I called tried to get a Manager on the line, but was unsucessful. Now that is a big surprise!.
These items are gifts for my wife on Christmas, but I don't think so, so I will probably go onlne and order these from Amazon and receive them very quickly. I am so tired of your lame logistics and the vendors you have, as I just retired from the government after 28 years and if my job fulfillment was this poor I would of been fired a long time ago.

Fuel pump not printing receipt / cashier can't retrieve copy, minutes later of pumping fuel .
Pumped diesel fuel, pump prompt me to walk-in for receipt. Cashier has no record of pumping fuel, cant retrieve it.
I asked if I can get print out next day ? wont be able to retrieve receipt tomorrow.
I opted to get print out receipt of same pump, to submit this. Hopes of getting it resolved.

Preferred solution: in future, print out of receipt. If and When diesel fuel quality is questionable.

Resolved: Need a receipt to get a refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I pick up the 2nd Computer on January 7th, 2022 Because the 1st Computer was not brand new that I picked up The New one sent from Ramstein Germany Exchange Somebody at the Lajes Field Gas Station change it for a second hand one it had the Shopmyexchange tape on top of box. The GM of Ramstein Exchange ship a Brand new one with the Factory Sealed Tape on top of the Box.
I need a receipt to get a refund on the 2nd Computer. I do not need it I already have one.
