Shipping and vendor issues

I just called up regarding two items that have not been sent, but there was a label created as of 12/10/2023. Today I check my order status on the same order, saying it is shipped, but its not.

Label created, and the other one is showing out of stock, backordered? I call customer service and nothing happens. We shop with the online exchange, and expect to get the item's we purchased. I can buy all of these items on Amazon for a cheaper price, but I want to support Afee's.

The customer service I called tried to get a Manager on the line, but was unsucessful. Now that is a big surprise!.

These items are gifts for my wife on Christmas, but I don't think so, so I will probably go onlne and order these from Amazon and receive them very quickly. I am so tired of your lame logistics and the vendors you have, as I just retired from the government after 28 years and if my job fulfillment was this poor I would of been fired a long time ago.

Fuel pump not printing receipt / cashier can't retrieve copy, minutes later of pumping fuel .

Pumped diesel fuel, pump prompt me to walk-in for receipt. Cashier has no record of pumping fuel, cant retrieve it. I asked if I can get print out next day ? wont be able to retrieve receipt tomorrow. I opted to get print out receipt of same pump, to submit this. Hopes of getting it resolved.

I pick up the 2nd Computer on January 7th, 2022 Because the 1st Computer was not brand new that I picked up The New one sent from Ramstein Germany Exchange Somebody at the Lajes Field Gas Station change it for a second hand one it had the Shopmyexchange tape on top of box. The GM of Ramstein Exchange ship a Brand new one with the Factory Sealed Tape on top of the Box.
I need a receipt to get a refund on the 2nd Computer. I do not need it I already have one.

15 April 2022 (Rude Associate)

On 15 April 22, I called Human Resources trying to get assistance about transferring my years of services to another DOD Agency and did explained that I was a former associate of Aafes. While talking to the Associate (Debbie) who was assisting me, I explained to her what I needed help with and told her I had called several of times but wasn't getting any answers.

I asked Debbie who was the manager of HRSC and she said Ms. Kelly I asked her for a direct line or email so I could speak to her, she yelled at me and said she wasn't giving me anything and transferred me to another department. While waiting on the line Ms. Tina answered the call and explained to me it was the wrong Department, and she transferred me to the department that I needed to talk to.

I am a former Manager and I understand chain of command when trying to get assistance but being rude is totally inappropriate especially when you are being professional to the Associate. I have gotten nothing but the run around or incorrect answer to what I need assistance with. My name is Anita, and I still haven't received an answer. I have received an email from HRSC portability Department and the information they email back was incorrect when they reviewed my service time with Aafes.

Ms.

Nodado did email me after I had spoken to her via phone but, I didn't understand why she couldn't provide me with information I need. Contact number 910-818-****.

6 missed pick up

Care of FragilePAK AFFEES 3RD Party delivery and pickup service. I plee with you to have other options for your loyal customers.

This is the *** generic message I received after 6 already missed pickup attempts.

"At this time we are unable to schedule your delivery due to heavy volume in your area. As soon as we are able to schedule your delivery you will receive an email with a scheduling link".

You guys "FragilePAK" has failed 6 pick up attempts after contacting me by phone to schedule the pickup. Moreover, I waited over an hour for some one to answer the damn phone. This Sh**t is ridiculous. I have waited over a month for this pickup to receive my pending refund. Please gauranteed your service or close your doors. I looked forward to hearing from a supervisor or Manager..... someone who can get results!

Checking on online order that’s not delivered

I ordered a fridge online and was told that it was shipped on 5 November 21 after charging my credit card. I waited patiently for my fridge and checking online with tracking number provided but always told that it's in transit.

I called a few time the shipping company (Fragile Pak) to inquire about my delivery, but every time I was put on hold for hours until someone comes on telling me that they have no status for me. Finally, I called aafes online customer service, and they were very helpful but stated that it usually takes 21-28 days for delivery. It was nowhere on my order stating that? If I had known this, I won't have ordered my fridge.

Now, I'm told if I cancel, I would be charged $250. That's missing information and representation. I'm stuck with a small fridge bought from lows for my daily needs and won't have a nice thanksgiving dinner with leftovers that I can't keep in a fridge.

I'm very disappointed and angry. Not sure what else to do BUT wait for my paid for fridge and God knows when Ill get it.

They did not delivered all my items

Not only did the email say it would deliver two not one chair and didn't!!!!! The exchange went ahead and cancelled the second chair on THEIR OWN! They sent all the info about the cancellation, but they didn't reach out or even email as discussed in the 24 48 hour promise. They just cancelled the order, which I bought as a set, and now what???? No one is reaching out or giving any reasons for the cancelled order.

I really get what you're saying. I've had so many issues with the online exchange that I gave up on shopping there.

My complaints range from not receiving items ordered to being notified online items were ready for pickup and some item I didn't order was handed to me.

I eventually had to call customer service, and that in itself is a complaint and nightmare. They were never the best, but now they're in a class so bad, I don't think there's a name for it.

AAFES dishonestly hides negative reviews. I ordered sofa and 2 recliners. They were infested with bed bugs. I returned it and was only credited for 1 recliner. Had to contact them multiple times. Not only do I not have the furniture I wanted, I had to deal with a lot of extra anxiety and expense w/no help or compensation from AAFES customer service.

Poor customer service via phone

I ordered jewelry online and I requested for store pick.up. After 6 days I called customer service to check the status and told me the jewelry still in warehouse and have not ship yet and wait for the confirmation email when it ready fo pick.up. I asked the lady how come they dont ship yet its been 6 days already and answered me it will take 10-20 business days to be ship . The only store I know took forever to ship the merchandise when its available in the warehouse. Item Necklace jewelry.
