Aafes Exchange - 2 months and no furniture
Ordered on black friday and still no furniture. Aafes has punted to their logistics company and they don't answer their phone. Waited for 4 hours for a scheduled appt. No show no communication!! Awful experience. The promo gift card won't ship until six weeks after delivery. Worst shopping experience EVER!! GO ELSEWHERE.
Aafes Exchange - Incompetent and useless
My daughter ordered a smart tv on jan2 2018 . Was set up for delivery Jan 11. As I write, she has been on hold over an hour with no answers. This is approximately the 4th call we have made between us. It is not worth the hassle. They are very unprofessional and could care less about your order.
