I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered anything online. Thursday December 30th I ordered some cologne and children’s earrings for my husband to pick up in store the next day.
(I just had a baby...trying to finish my Christmas shopping) I paid for both items as well as got my confirmation for them. The next day comes and and I get an email stating the cologne is ready to be picked up....not mentioning the earrings at all. My husband went to the store to pick up my order and I asked him to ask about the earrings which they mentioned nothing about and they said it is being shipping from another store in LA..OK don’t you think that is information a customer needs to know?? So I asked my husband to check the Children’s earrings to see what they had available being Christmas is a couple days away.
He goes to the earrings and finds the exact ones that I ordered! Went to CS and they said the only option is for me to purchase the earrings and bring the other ones back once they arrive! They gave me a tracking number for the earrings that they claimed should have been emailed to me but wasn’t. I checked the tracking number because they told me they should be there Saturday which is today...and guess what!
NOTHING!! I called aafes around 4pm to ask if earrings had arrived and she told me she would check and give me a call back...nope...no call at all!
I do not believe aafes should even offer ordering online until they get it together. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional!
