My package was shipped through pilot.The item was sent to them on December 16th, they receive my item on the 18th.
I had an estimated delivery date of December 22nd by 1700. My item did not arrive which is unacceptable, on top of that I called customer service, and was made to feel as if I was confused, when all I mentioned were the dates mentioned on there tracking website. I was tired of the back and fourth with the customer service rep, I therefore asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, how I was hung up on.
I could tell, because I was taken off hold, and some one without hesitation just hung up without speaking on word.If this is the service I'll keep receiving, it's probably time to cancel my account.
