My package was shipped through pilot. The item was sent to them on December 16th, they receive my item on the 18th.

I had an estimated delivery date of December 22nd by 1700. My item did not arrive which is unacceptable, on top of that I called customer service, and was made to feel as if I was confused, when all I mentioned were the dates mentioned on there tracking website. I was tired of the back and fourth with the customer service rep, I therefore asked to speak with a manager, I was put on hold, how I was hung up on.

I could tell, because I was taken off hold, and some one without hesitation just hung up without speaking on word. If this is the service I'll keep receiving, it's probably time to cancel my account.
