I ordered a Alienware laptop from them on June 13, 2018. The website showed as them having the laptop in stock.
On June 16, I checked the status and it stated backordered. Called customer service to get an eta on when it would ship and the agent said that it would ship soon. Logged on to check the status on the 17th and it stated processing. Now I log on today, the 18th, and they cancelled my order.
The website shows them in stock. There was no reason for the order to be cancelled.
Customer service told me that I can place the order again but I will have to pay the additional $100 that they increased the price to. Just ridiculous.
