I responded like the comment showed, within days it was resolved. They refunded me and even gave me a gift card for my troubles.

They were insistent that I take the extras, all I wanted was a refund. I was very impressed with the upper management with whom I spoke.

I ordered one two they also had the 15-600 for $50, the main reason i am mad is that I could have price challenged somewhere else but chose to stay with aafes. This is the second time they have done this to me.

Unsavory Billing Practices

We have paid the bill on time every month until a few months ago. We would log-in and pay the monthly amount, however when checking our bank statements, they would take out 3 times that amount. When called to question them on their actions, they had no real answer. They would charge you the full amount of what you charge that month on top of the what ever your monthly bill is. Pretty sure that's illegal. The only way to get around this illegal practice is the call and make the payment of the phone, which costs more money. My advise to young Sailors from here on out is, never use Military Star, ever!

Cell phone vendor theft

Still Exchange (AAFES) has not returned my calls. I was informed by a member of cell phone vendor that their rep will not respond to my situation.

It has been 13 months and I think I will never recover my money.

I now believe they just don't care about their customers. They have lost one of the "best customers in the world" as they once called us.

21st December 2015 as advertised turn win your Gallaxy 5 and pay $0 for 18 months and $5 for 6 months so that would be a $30 Samsung 6. The cell phone vendor looked at my phone then asked if it was good I said yes. I mailed my Samsung 5 to the address they gave me. about a month later they said the warehouse said the phone I mailed was water damaged and would not honor the promotion. I asked for my phone back but they said they couldn't do that so I now pay over $600 for the Samsung 6 instead of the $30 virtually a 2 year contract I have complained to this vendor, T-mobil, the store manager and Mr. Ard the general manager I even e-mailed Dallas HQ they just said do it through the store. It has been over a year now without any response. By the way the Samsung % was said to be dust and water proof. Okay HQ Dallas I know you read these complaints from time to time. If you refuse to assist with a 40 year customer I will seek legal action and other options.

Purchased Ipad minis on November 25, 2016. After many calls and emails, I received call from Escalation Department regarding unavailability of items. I was offered replacements. The first item ran out of stock by the time my order was placed. So, I accepted the second item offered as long as shipping was expedited. Once again, called and emailed regarding replacement Ipads. No response from customer service was received. Yesterday, checked status of order and realized the items were shipped. Very disappointedly, those were shipped smartpost. So, items ordered on November 25, 2016 will not make it until January 17, 2016. Christmas, New Years and Three Kings will be gone by when we receive the Ipads.

Christmas Cheated

I ordered three items for my wife for Christmas on 28 November. These items have not shipped and today is 23 December. Numerous calls to AAFES Customer Service has brought nothing but false promises. I have spoken to managers, wrote emails and numerous phone calls and received nothing. While speaking with the customer service personnel and higher level managers they tell me the issue will be addressed within 24 hours and I will receive a phone call. The phone call never comes. Neither does an email. When I call back 48 hour later they tell me my issue will be addressed within 24 hours and I will receive a phone call. AAFES has dropped their standards to the K Mart level.

That's what we serve for I guess. The benefit to get ripped off.

Hubby bought me a Fitbit for Christmas, but got a size small wrist band, I need a large. Took it back yesterday to exchange. No-go. They only return.

So we had to pay the difference on my Christmas gift.

Unfortunately we are overseas. We will just have to plan ahead and buy earlier on Amazon.

Update AFEES made this right for is. The VPN of marketing called me personally after I basically e-mailed the "C-Suite."

They sent 2 fabulous employees from Sears who picked up the damages furniture and replaced it with beautiful undamaged pieces which they dIdo unpack.

We were given a generous bonus gift card for all the trouble.
